This may well turn into a rant, so if it does I apologise in advance. And I love smilies... That hugging one is so tempting so don't be suprised if I use it.
Basically, I guess it started about 6 years ago when I was in year nine at school. For non-UK people, I was probably 13 at the time. I was bending down to feed the rabbit, then when I stood up I got an excruciating pain in my stomach. I walked upstairs, collapsed on the bed and could not move for about ten minutes. I was shaking and crying. Finally the pain subsided. The doctor diagnosed IBS.
For a few years it didn't happen again and I forgot about it, though I wasn't convinced it was IBS. It only happened that once, and there were no food/drinks involved.
A new kind of pain came back in 2007. It is in the upper right of my abdomen, and the only way to describe it is a gripping, twisting pain, like someone has taken hold of something and is pulling it. When it happens, I get hot, my heart beats a little faster, and sometimes it stops me in my tracks. It can come on at any point; most of the time high volume alcohol causes it, from memory it has also been caused by Nytol sleeping tablets, Doritos and chocolate. Sometimes coffee and tea can cause it, and if I don't get any sleep it comes on as well. I went to the doctor at least three times... Pulled muscle.

In June last year I was in an exam at college and a new kind of pain came on. It felt "tight" at first and hurt more when I moved. When I walked home after it got steadily worse until I was doubled over. It took at least 3 hours and pain killers to subside. I found as well that I could lift up my right leg with no problem, but lifting my left leg cause even more pain. I was crying my eyes out. I feel the same niggling feeling every so often that I felt when it first started that time.
This year it's all got worse. I have the gripping pain, a pain in the lowe left of my abdomen, pulsing in my stomach, pain in my back, dizziness, lethargy, intense itching all over my body, lack of interest in everything, lack of energy...

In regards to the tiredness etc my first thought was diabetes, but that came back clear. But this pain in my upper-right abdomen is horrible. The doctors cannot tell me it's a pulled muscle anymore. The pain that has been bothering me the most has reached it's 4th "birthday" now, and I can't take it any more!!!!!!!!!!!
The doctors are going to have a list of detailed symptoms shoved under their nose if they like it or not; they can think I'm a hypochondriac if they want, but I won't give in until I find out what the hell is going on with me. This has nearly wrecked my college work so many times. It's not going to ruin University for me. *deep breaths*
I can't resist...

Thanks for reading this, and thanks for any replies!
