When all else fails, play dead!

Since at least 3 of us have it...I'm getting it too. My right knee used to be the problem, now it's my left.
My knee has a background level of pain all the time, but that's nothing new. I could in the beginning of all this put my full weight on it and nothing changed. I stood up to go to the toilet, I remember nothing, just pulling myself off the floor, but the constant pain had increased a bit. I stood up and was instantly crippled. It felt like someone shoved a nail into my knee, I almost passed out again.
When I get the pain, I shriek or I'll black out again. It doesn't go back to background pain for hours, and if I move to sit in my wheelchair, I have to not move my foot onto the wheelchair footplate or the pain will come back, it's got to be considered dead weight. My ankle's swelling so much worse then before too.

I am with you there on the knee pain. I wake up in the morning and my knees feel stiff. I think its probably arthritis but who knows. I went in and got x rays of my knees taken today. It ocurred to me that I have never had x rays of knees before ever in my life so.. we shall see what comes up there. My knees just basically ache.. worse at night or when it rains which well I live in Washington it rains ALL the time. ha..

Have you had your knees x rayed lately? have you told any of your doctors???
hang in there!  Huge Hug

No, they've never been x rayed, but why? I mean, a knee is not all bone, it's muscles and cartilege.

Glucosamine may help...Yep, made an appointment with my GP for tomorrow.
