Told You It Was Not All In My Head!
|
Its a wierd pneumonia. No idea how I caught it. Instead of being in one or two lobes, its small absecess all over my lungs. Saw family doc today. Am on very strong antibiotics, and oxy for the pain. As long as I stay doped up, I'm ok. My oxygen is still good! My fever however keeps jumping up to 104-105. That could be the stills, the pneumonia, or both. So, we shall see. If I end up back in the hospital, and if I dont have internet acess, I will have hubby post again . Doc is rightly so, concerned about WHY I would be getting pneumonia AGAIN, and neither time did it come from any other respiratory condition. So, Rheumy and family doc are monitoring me closely. Its so refreshing to finally have doctors who CARE!!!!! Some of my milder but annoying symptoms are disappearing - or I dont notice anymore, not sure which. But other than the pneumonia, I am feeling somewhat better. I am now able to clean house every day, whereas before I was stuck in bed 24/7.

Hope you are getting better, . I think you share the same resolution as a lot of us on here, to be diagnosed, hope you are not doing to badly and the Dr's a listening, i often wonder whether Dr's were actually born with ears and hearts it could be debatable :P You are all right it makes the world of difference when you actually have a health care team that care about you, after all they are what stand between us and the life we all despratly want! x
