i was seeing my doctor 4 days ago because of sick note.
there was my period coming and i hat migraines and problems with the cardiac, panic attacks,..so that i couldn`t go to work.thats often so in my case when that time comes. :(
he made sick note and prescribed me cipralex 20 mg.

so i started taking it the same day and had no noticeable symptoms the first day.
i was starting with 5 mg (quarter of a tablet) and so the next days.

the next day, several hours later after taking the tablet i got nauseous,my heart rate (and possibly blood pressure too) rose,i got nervousness, panic and feeling strange to my head and environment.
this lasted for about an hour and i was hoping to get better when continuing cipralex.

since three days i have chronic psychological disturbances ranking from short-time euphoria to deep depression, hysteria, strange thoughts and short paranoid thoughts (like i had my mobile phone lying somewhere in the kitchen and my family members would read my messages, somebody had logged in my mail account or that i could  driven over a person while driving the car). luckily the thoughts only last for short time.i feel a bit confused and some other people told me that i have changes in my behaviour.also insomnia occurs.(waking up after 5 hours sleeping)

i also noticed some migraines going on for several hours and then disappearig and spelling problems while talking, changes in energy levels from overactivity to tiredness.

but the worst things are i think of neurological cause

attacks of

-nervousness
-nausea
-cardiac arrythmias
-hypoglycemia
- feet tremor and strange feelings to my head
-short-time changing consciousness (especially while driving the car)
-breathing and swallowing problems

appearing one or two times a day lasting for half an hour to one hour.

yesterday i drove my car and already had an accident because of suddenly nervousness, tachycardia, swallowing problems and short-time altered consciousness.
i was desorientated for a few minutes and had confused the gas with the brake for a moment.

so i wasn`t able to drive my car any more.
i think that i will go off of cipralex tomorrow and then take st johns wort instead.

i couldn`t explain these reactions:
is it cns sensitivity or mcs? (when taking the antibabypill i got little pustules and reddishness on arms, disappearing after hours but coming again, burning skin in my face and dry bloody lips) or even lupus erythematodes?or i hope not serotonin syndrom because the cipralex reaction felt kind of neurotoxic....
i have no idea....

yours trancy

i forgot to mention that cipralex also seemed to have suppressed my menstruation...it was only slightly bleeding....

today i  had only one nervous attack plus a short one.

but luckily at the moment i am physically well and i will stop cipralex tomorrow. Dance
