Hello othobe,

I have some little boils also sometimes, they feel like little exostoses, but don`t hurt and are luckily relativately small.
I usually have them on the left forehead-temple region (where I also have the hypertrichosis problem), normally they progress to kind of acne with little touching-pain and heal completely after short time.

At the moment I have two ones again and I always look that they disappear after a few days or a week, because then I would make a tomographic to exclude a tumor....

Do your bumps hurt or are they also kind of painless and do you have them until now?

What do your doctors say?

Best wishes  Huge Hug

Doctors keep telling me they are ingrown hairs that are infected.. my thing is I dont think I have ingrown hairs in my ear cartilidge but then they say its from hair conditioner that doesnt rinse out. Really they have a quick easy answer for everything most the time.

At first the bumps are small and hard and painless... they will be like that for about 2-3 months.. then they get sore, then swollen then just painful then the white head forms and it boils open. Luckily when it drains it feels MUCH better after it has opened and drained for a day or so...so I dont know...

Hello

I was at a radiologist yesterday, seeing for the boils.
Luckily he said that it is doesn`t luck like cancer at all and also symptoms for it are absent, but he had no diagnosis, although he thought very strong of some sebume boils, exostoses or many such phenomenes too explain. It is true that there are many such harmless things...

But I would watch these tiny eruptions under my skin and if they would get bigger or begin to hurt I would go to hospital for tomographics immediately.

And how are you today?  Huge Hug

Did you check your boils at a radiologist too?

Good evening

Hello

How are you now and have your boils also disappeared?

I have good news with boils  Huge Hug
I had my strange little boils at my left forehead checked by a radiologist.
He didn`t know what it could be, because he hadn`t seen such a symptom but he was sure that it wasn`t something serious and he could also exclude malignant tumors and cancer.
But i decided to watch these boils if they would get bigger or begin to hurt.

For a few days now i recognized that they get smaller instead  Big Grin, but they are not opening or inflammated.

I remember being at a solarium three weeks ago, i got a sunburn in my face (although only lying there for 10 minutes with the mildest tanning grade..)which lasted for 4 days,a little herpes like bladder at the mouth for a few days, some red itching pustules on the arm (which lasted until next day)...

Probably the boil had to do something with it also (because it hasn`t been there before) and I should be checked for Lupus eryhtematodes.
I will do it soon..

Are you sensitive to sunlight in general?  (Sunburn/skin pain, rashes, blisters?)

hello bluemen

No i have never been specially sensitive to sunlight and my skin is also normal coloured, neither pale nor dark, but I usually get pale in winter and dark in summer and my face has ever had dark reddish cheeks.

Its not real blisters or bad sunburns, it looks more like harmless little and a bit heightened pustules on the hands and arms and sometimes feet.
They itch and sometimes burn a bit, but they are generally not extreme and disappear after a day.

On the face I sometimes have a normal sunburn and my forehead is a bit darker than the rest, but that has always been the case since I am a child.

Sometimes they also don`t itch really and also disappear fastly but I have noticed that i have some pigment patches and little scars now, but very mild and my skin has gotten thicker but also more sensitive on the arms.

I now that it is rather harmless but I just wondered when I discovered it firstly and got it again in summers or when I have contact dermatitis.

I have checked allergy, function of kidneys, liver, thyroid etc... and they didn`t find something, so I think it might be a mild case of Lupus, because I have also some hair problems.

Nice greetings and good health
