When all else fails, play dead!

« on: October 11, 2009, 01:48:13 PM »

I'm feeling good. I feel so good I'm thinking of giving up on braking delays and black marks along walls, I feel like dancing!!
Well, not quite, but a walking frame'd be a step in the right direction! I'm still going to use the chair for outdoors (I need a hand free for the dog!
We went down to the oval this afternoon and I let the boy off leash while I sat on the grass stretching my muscles. The silly boy IS a rotten dog(said sarcastically), I let him off leash for a sniff and he lay down beside me! I took him for a good sniff so he could just be a dog, but he chose to stay with me!!

I've conned my mum into loaning me the walking frame that she bought without realising it's too wide for her hallway. Apparently she loaned it to her dad's wife.
I'm gonna train the dog to walk beside a frame...this is hard work!

I did say I want to be walking by Christmas, this is all happening so fast!

(I frequently crawl to the toilet in the middle of the night. I've decided it's a bad idea to unplug the wheelchair and turn it on, I now take myself! I love doing this stuff for myself!)

I got up this morning and noticed the water retention in my heels is going away! My feet aren't so fat anymore!!

This is all happening so quickly!
