Coffee Enema Anyone?  (Read 6158 times)

So, I've been pretty much constipated for a week now. I'm considering doing an at-home enema. I've done 2 or 3 enemas in the past, but I used the drug-store brands, but they're pretty pricey for a one-time enema (~$13 dollars/ea)

I was looking up some recipies for enemas, and there's quite a few to choose from! I've found the most popular choice was the Coffee Enema. It supposidly gets rid of toxins from the liver as well as flush everything out from the colon.

My grandpa had stomach cancer and had severe pain because of it. He had a coffee enema done and he was pain free the last days of this life.

Keilia, I think it's something that you should try since your having some liver problems. Sammy, I don't know if it's safe to try for pregnant women, because of all the caffine..(but pregnant ladies get the "original" enema done all the time!).

There's other types of enemas (lemon juice, wine and beer, milk, salt water, etc.). They all offer different benefits, I just chose the coffee because by grandpa used it and it worked for him.

I bought an enema kit off of ebay for exactly $10 (including shipping!). All I need now is organic coffee and water :)
I'll let you guys know what I thought of it after I get my kit in the mail..I'm excited! :D
