Ok...I'm still feeling good, still too happy to be sensible.
The back pain's gone completely now...My wrists hurt though. Like I've smashed them into something. They hurt like hell last night...trouble is it's not muscle related so I could still climb into bed, but the pain kept me up until 5am, I don't understand it. They're not wierdly hot, no lump under the skin. What is doing this to me?

I wish I could answer this for you new, I wish I could answer this for myself as well. However I am glad that today was a better day. I hope it lasts into tomorrow... but one day at a time!

Yeah, the wrist pain's fading, so I'm hoping it has something to do with shock, no vitamin e - heaps of it would surprise me too!

I have been feeling great! Yesterday I shifted my bed 90degrees, did some carpet cleanup, found about 4pairs of missing socks that I chucked in the machine, Kaos' crate is between the bedhead and the wardrobe for the minute, as soon as I feel like shifting the cat tree, it can go at the foot of my bed and Frood's crate can be my new bedside table. I was up to 3:45am sweeping, then washing all the lino floor, and I emptied 3 cat trays. I then had a shower, and went to bed. Got up this morning, fed and watered the pests, made a cup of coffee and did the dishes. I cooked sausages for lunch. Somewhere in there I cleaned the last cat trays. I fell out of the wheelchair on the floor, the wierd thing is it was like a controlled fall, I didn't expect to fall, but I didn't hurt myself when I hit the floor. The vitamin e is doing me good. I can stand up without pain, and I can take one step, so far! My moods don't swing so badly either, so I'm generally a much happier person!

OWCH! I stood up to go to the toilet, I couldn't tell anything was wrong. All of a sudden, I'm going down! I grabbed the rail hard, I heard a 'crunch'. I sat down in the wheelchair and checked out my knee. The crunch must've been my knee on the wall. I came in here and raised my foot. My knee really doesn't look bad, it has scuffed off skin and a 10c piece sized purple bruised bit. It doesn't hurt so much anymore, but when I first looked I thought I must've cracked the bone.

I'm so happy the Vitamin E shots are helping New did you end up getting a copy of your lastest bloods to see what the levels are at now ? Just take it slowly so you don't injure yourself anymore Sammy

It was my own stupid fault. Muscle unpredictability was my first noticeable symptom, It's another thing to watch.
Yep, I still have low vitamin e(not surprising), and everything else's normal. I think I have to double the dose.

Instead of double dose maybe a little extra each week and build up gradually

I talked to my mum on the phone, I offered to pick up Miranda from school. Mum said I seemed a lot happier with myself and I'm not slurring my words so much. My left knee is still a bit painful, but I can live with it. I'm typing quicker and making more mistakes, but I'm now a famous 4 finger typist!
