I Will Be Diagnosed !

I miss my life with horses  :'(

I was very involved before I became ill. I rescued many and need to do so again.
Been tempted to get back on (have offers by a friend to ride) but the fear of my rib cage popping out stops me..

My hopes and dreams for the future keep me strong. I WILL GET DIAGNOSED, and I WILL LIVE a NORMAL LIFE AGAIN.  ;D

When all else fails, play dead!

I miss RDA and my big baby horse, Winston. Since I left home, I've lost the ability to go because my dad couldn't drive me.

Technically, I gave it up while I was at home. I got screamed at by my dad for it, but I gave it up for him. I hated making him come home from scout camps (he's a group leader) to make him take me horseriding.

I loved my bike too...especially speeding really fast down the hill from primary school. Mantova street's just at the bottom of the hill, I remember having to swing onto the right to make the turn, I frequently skinned my left knee, and I remember wiping off the end of my handlebar once because I had to lean over so far!

I miss taking my neighbor's dog, Huffy, for really long walks, when Waverley Park was a big carpark for the football oval.

Sounds like the dog was named after a bike!   I had a three-speed Huffy brand bike in my pre-teen years.

As for bicycles, I worked my way up to going on a hundred-mile ride when I was 15.   The next step would have been going on multi-day rides, but then college interfered, then the medical thing.   I've actually started trying to work bicycles into drawings (what few attempts I'm able to make at drawings); I think I want to capture someday what I used to get out of all that.

Paint is one of the big environmental problems for me.

Book... was that for me?  I probably said there was a book to be written about this whole thing, but it will have to wait until I'm out of it, because of what the effects of the condition do to me.

I miss going to the pub with friends for karaoke. So many nights by the time I get home from work I feel just "done" and can't summon the energy to go back out.

I Will Be Diagnosed !

Im getting so bored at home, but I just can't get up to do anything these days. Energy levels are very low. Pain is getting to me, (need bit longer for pain meds to kick in) which should allow me to at least do lunch somewhere.
Two weeks ago my sister and I went to the beach for a quick dip, the water was icey but I forced myself to get in for 15 mintues, very good for my skin.
I have good days, but not often  Violent Violent I wish the pain would leave completely, even two days would be nice, to remember what it feels like to be NORMAL again
