Told You It Was Not All In My Head!

I ended up back in the ER last night again. They gave me several bags of fluids and some dilaudid while I was there - so there was temp relief. But I am back in agony now. I am going days without sleep and then sleeping for 15-24 hours at a time. This is not good.

I know I shouldnt expect help - but I keep expecting it. I do need to learn not to. Im just so sik of hurting all the time, and I could even take hurting if it were not this bad. NO, I am NOT suicidal, but I have in the past 24 hours thought, "At least when I die it wont hurt like this". I dont want to think that way.  Cry Cry Cry

Keilia:  Look up POTS syndrome.  This should explain the circulation problem on rising.  POTS is really just an adrenal insufficiency issue which basically means your adrenals are not secreting adequate hormones to deal with your situation.  Generally they get 'burned out' due to stressors.  The stressors can be multiple physical (sickness, overwork etc), emotional etc.   However if you present POTS as a theory to most mainstream physicians they are going to look at you like you are out of it, for several reasons.  The adrenals can be built back up.  I have extensive experience concerning the adrenals based upon my own situation.  I did not look all of your story but has anyone run any tests for pathogens?  (such as rogue bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma infections?  Are you having any IBS or gastrointestinal issues?)

I should add that autoimmune diseases are caused by pathogenic organisms.

No, I have never been tested for any of that. I have Gastritis and GERD which also caused aspiration pneumonia.

Did some of these problems arise when the gastritis or gerd started?

The GERD - dunno when it started. Supposedly thats what caused my pneumonia, but I never feel any heartburn. The gastritis has been around approx 3 weeks.

After ER visit last night (New Hospital). - Severely inflammed  colon and gall bladder, and swollen liver. Gall bladder is also partially contracted - not sure what that means. White blood cells and platelets very high, but no infection that they can find, so its LIKELY chronic inflammation. Also now sweating VERY bad almost all the time - even when its cold - and I have no fever. ANA test is positive, indicating auto-immune. Am I maybe close to a diagnosis? Dance
