Itching =/

Ive had i for awhile, but its getting worse. It is mainly my hands, but also my feet and head. Its so bad on my hands that they are completely red and covered in scratched and sores from all the scratching =(

Told You It Was Not All In My Head!

Well, after my doc appt yesterday, I have new symptoms that the doctor had to point out to me. I feel like an idiot because I usually KNOW when something is wrong.

I am bleeding under my skin in my arms, face, chest, and feet. Some on my stomach too.

I have a SEVERE curvature of my spine.

My kidney function is NOT good at all. I assumed it was liver issues that are causing the itching, but its kidney she says. But my liver and gallbladder are both still swollen a lot.

Oh yeah - and she says I may have some kind of spondylitis. Good times! We should know soon, I just had my second round of bloodwork done and they SHOULD have a diagnosis with it. Huge Hug

*grumbles*

Well, first they said it was a new case of pneumonia. Then they said maybe not, maybe it was pneumonia which is now swelling in my lungs. Now they are not sure. They have me on both antibiotics and steriods, and im just getting worse.

And now they are sending me to the hospital for a possible admit. We shall se THIS goes. This hospital sucks ><

Well...just had 3 days of so many tests - bloodwork (16 vials!) 2 ct scans, 3 hours of pulmonary fun ction tests - I am worn out. But maybe it will get some answers! My gastroenterologist says its time for my gallbladder to go, that that is why I am vomiting so much.....

And you're the one who hasn't been to medical school..THEY'RE the experts, and they can't find an answer?
Now do you 'get' why I started looking into my AVED myself?

Well, so far I have been diagnosed with Adult Onset Still's Disease and Ankylosing Spondylitis. Still more symptoms that do not fit. My gallbladder is going to have to come out doc says, but I do not know when yet.

Its not a complete diagnosis. But they do know its autoimmune, and that AOSD and AS explain the majority of my symptoms. I am not real happy, but who is when they know they are going to be sickk for life? But I am satisfied that they know what they are doing, are correct in diagnosis so far, and will figure out the rest. But Im too scared to celebrate the diagnosis yet. Not sure why. Cant really believe I am diagnosed?
