Here are the 18 tender points of Fibro - 18 tender points of fibromyalgiaAs you can see, none of them are at joints. My pain is primarily joint pain, and in the last couple of days has started to grow from my joints up my legs and arms, a burning shooting pain. It feels more like bone pain than muscle pain, if that makes sense. Fibromyalgia is a common rheumatic syndrome indicating widespread pain in fibrous tissues, muscles, tendons, and other connective tissues, resulting in painful muscles without weakness. The cause of this disorder is unknown, although it is a chronic problem that can come and go for years. I also have muscle weakness, getting worse all the time, on my right side. I have been tested for and ruled out Multiple Sclerosis. I do have an essential tremor on my left arm. I hardly notice it, and I would not have known has the neurologist not noticed it during my exam. I guess I am so used to my tremors I hardly notice them anymore.
