Hey Jenny .. I get physicals once a year. There are pretty basic. They check your eye sight , listen to your heart etc, possibly take more blood, also get your vitals look up your nose, in your eyes and ears and ask if you are up to date on your shots like tetanus etc... they sometimes also will give you a pelvic exam and ask you things about when the last time was that you went to your dentist and or optometrist to get your eyes checked.. stuff like that.. kind of the basics. Its good to be done once a year or when you see a new doctor. Don't worry you will be fine. If you go to a gyno too or recently had a pap done you can ask them to not get a pap/pelvic exam that day as well. Don't fret my dear!!
