This is gonna sound just dumb but that was one of my worst tests/procedures I have done, well the endoscopy that I woke up in the middle of is number one worst but this is not far behind. I think I maybe slept a total of 4 hours the entire night but it never felt like a deep sleep and it took me over an hour to fall asleep. I was so super uncomfortable with those wires on my head and taped to my face, head and neck then the nose probes things going up my nose also taped to my face then wrapped around my ears making them all sore no matter how I layed down, wires everywhere, long cord taped to my index finger and elastic like bands wrapped around my upper abdomen wich made my abdomen sore and uncomfortable and then wrapped up at my chest!... ughhh... then my pillow was not right all night long so my neck was hurting it was so uncomfortable and even though they had the sleep number beds it didnt do much to help me fall asleep. I doubt that it also helped too that I was in a strange room and then the guy in the room next to me had sleep apnea so they had to keep going into his room and everytime I heard the door shut loudly and that would wake me up immediatly... then my wires on my legs became disconnected so they had to come in twice to reconnect to my calves.... my muscles were twitching all over but very much also in my calves which did have some cords on them.. so I am sure that was picked up? I dont know.. they are gonna say I have RLS, restless leg syndrome too because first my feet were too cold and I needed to keep moving my legs to get circulation again and get warmth to my feet but that took about 30 minutes then.. (once my feet get warm my heels burn .. especially if the bedding and sheets are tight on the bed.. and they were tight!! and at home i keep the bedding loose down by my feet)... so my heels were on fire several times ... another horrible uncomfortable situation making things hard to sleep. so I think I got the best sleep near the last two hours of the study.
