Told You It Was Not All In My Head!

I did bitch. But maybe not strong enough, I dunno. I'm giving him the three weeks (He's in Africa doing medical work there for three weeks) and then I'm insisting on the surgery - and either he will do it, or I will find someone who will. Right now - and every night - I have ice packs and warm compresses to help with the pain. Fun times! But this too shall pass. I will get help soon, and diagnosed soon. I will!

Hello Keilia

How are you at the moment?  Huge Hug

Have you ever been tested for Lyme`s Disease,Hep C,Epstein`s Barr or some other chronic infectious diseases?
Fever can be (but must not) be indicative for something. Confused

Good luck,
trancy

I have been tested for ALL hepatitis, and they are neg. I have been tested for Lyme's before and that was neg, but I am thinking of having that repeated. Isnt Epstein Barr the virus that causes mono?

Keilia I know it won't diagnosis you but might help the inflammation a little.... look very closely at your diet, alot of foods cause inflammation. I've mucked around with my diet over the years and although not a cure it has perhaps helped ease the pain caused from inflammation about 5%, doesn't sound much but tiny bits of relief help

I had mono when I was 15. Once you get the virus that causes mono, you have that virus in your body for the rest of your life.

Sammy -

My cousin actually just sent me an anti-inflammatory food pyramid - so I am shopping,m cooking and eating from that. It will  likely take some time to work, but my cousin, who had UCTD (which is most likely what I have) swears by it.

Keilia I'd love the list of "anti-inflammatory food pyramid" too if you could pm some info  Question
I've elimnated Nightshade foods (too much acid which causes inflammation) but I know there are so many other foods...One I was surprised at was Tobacco  Very Scared

on a quest for health

Hello Keilia, I'm not sure if you've done this already but your symptoms sound neurological. If you've had brain scans done i would recommend getting a second and even 3rd opinion on it, or go for more brain scans. My mum has the same symptom of the very painful pins and needles and they said it was something called small fibre neuropathy. For this thay presribed a low dose of an antideppressant. It was effective for a while but has stopped working.
