For years I thought was sensitive to MSG so avoided it for a long time. It is VERY hard to do. It is a very common preservative, in like you said everything. I was however able to avoid it, it just means spending A LOT of time in grocery stores reading labels of ingredients. What the best thing to do is start shopping for food at an all natural food market. For many years I went without eating many foods like chinese, japanese and any soups, chips etc.
My mom is sensitive to MSG, she gets severe stomach cramping with diarrhea and migraines.. so I do know how much havoc MSG can do to the body. Unfortunately for me during this 10 year duration of avoiding, lactose, and MSG I did not feel much better... so decided what the hell .. after 10 years of not eating those things.. I started again about 4 years ago. I still feel the same as I did when I didnt eat them.. So I dont know. I am hoping it will work out better for you and hope you will start feeling better soon!
