When all else fails, play dead!

What's a weekend? It took me a week, but I built my new cat enclosure and had a friend of mine come to help me with the netting. I've been requesting permission from housing to put in a cat door, but I got sick of waiting so I took the flyscreen out of the window above where the cat door will go, so the cats can go in and out regardless if I get permission or not.

The enclosure is lightweight, so can be folded and taken if I move out. The flyscreen can be put back in the window if i move and the enclosure doesn't even block access to the gate, so no permission's needed for it.

Have fun doing up the dresser, that'll be fun.

and Hope the morning sickness goes away quick (i never had it, thank goodness). Of course with my first kid i was on the pill and didn't find out till i was 6 and half months - but lets not open that wound, lol.

lol New I thought a weekend to do the dresser, but it's going to take way longer...........I got one draw sanded so that's a start  Big Grin
Your new cat enclosures look excellent   Thumbs

Cathie, 6 months until you found out ?? I've read about women not knowing for ages in some cases... do tell  Smile
Did you still have normal periods ?
My sister didn't find out until 4 months, normal period...she went to the doctor feeling a little unwell, he did a pregnancy test just in case and yep she was pregnant  Smile

Yesterday for some odd reason the sickness would go away if I ate, so I ate all day, and I mean all day, but just little meals (about 10) but at the end of the day the pressure and pain on my rib was just awful.........I never eat that much because it causes more pain so I have to find other methods of dealing with the sickness...going to try some ginger tablets !

6 months? yikes!

i dont know if you all have seen it but i saw a show the other day called "i didnt know i was pregnant".  this one girl.. had completely normal periods, only gained like.. 6 lbs in the 9 months no morning sickness, no nothing, was still in bikinis  Big Grin and going swimming, working out, partying, life as usual.. looked / felt totally normally (except food cravings) till one day she had stomach pains and popped out a baby in the hospital.  in fact..  they thought she was just constipated or something, she went to the bathroom and had the kid in the toilet.  she FLIPPED out. oh man.... poor girl.

Yep, I started fainting (something which was common for me back then on and off), went to the dr for a vit b shot and he tested just in case. Still got my period till 8 months, and then she came 3 weeks early. I went up maybe one size (i was skinny back then), but i sort of put on weight all over, so you never could really tell.

The 2nd kid however was totally different, had a tummy, and everything was pretty text book, except for the fact she was a violent little bugger and never still.

Both births were easy, no pain relief, no stiches, no stretch marks etc. I did have really bad back ache though, but they were reasonably quick, especially when things really started happening.

I just cannot imagine not feeling the baby inside of me....it happens alot though  Smile

No pain relief  Dance Cathie wow I hope my labor is like that.  Smile
My mum and sister had rather easy labor too and some people say it's genetics, they walked alot during pregnancy so I must get onto that  Big Grin
I remeber my sister mostly complaining of pain back......so I hope I'm the same
