yikes... i've been reading up on this.  that does not sound like fun at all..  from what i read you're gonna be drinking massive amounts of fluids during the day and basically having "bladder workouts" good luck with this..  :signs002

If you've got a weak bladder Kegel exercises are very good for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. So just thought I'd share   Big Grin

Well first appointment was today - There's 2 hours of my life i won't get back. Boring. Bunch of the same questions over and over. I have to keep a output/input diary for 3 days running, each week and go back in a fortnight. (it was suppose to be a week but i have another appointment). I'm suppose to stop drinking caffeine - i only drink tea - i need my tea, so i said i'd cut back, What would life be without a cuppa ?  Apparently i'm booked each Wednesday for as long as it takes -  Rolls Eyes I don't have that much of a problem, I'll give it another few goes, if it doesn't get more interesting, i'll take a pillow. Next visit is exercises.
Of course if the normally 15 minute trip there, hadn't taken 45 minutes and then 25 minutes trying to get a carpark, i might have been in a better mood. Took over an hour to get home too. (roadworks and gridlock)

No cuppa's are they mad :crazy2 lol
What is it about caffeine and bladder issues ? I know they're a diuretic but curious any other reason ?

City traffic is enough to send anyway into a state of rage  aggressive but I'm glad you went just to see what's involved.
Did they give you any literature on exercises you can do at home ?
Either way I hope you gained something from it, if not that's ok too  Big Grin at least you gave it a shot .

yep, anythings worth a shot. I had lots of problems before i had my gallbladder out, Nothing worries me now, but they reckon i pee too much and i have a large bladder so i should pee less. They also said i drink too much (liquid), Can you see a pattern ? lol

Took me an hour and 25 mins to get there yesterday, and an hour to get home. They are doing something at a major roundabout, won't be finished to late April.
