Tired..


i dont know what's happening with me right now. 

i didnt fall asleep till amost 6 in the morning last night.  i'm like having anxiety attacks or something.  i dont know what the hell is going on.  cant focus at all on anything i'm trying to do. 

i'm wiggin out over here

what is going on..

I Will Be Diagnosed !


This week all of us I think going through HELL Jas  Violent
I'm fed up and really frustrated too mate, wish I could offer something useful here but ......................the usually doctor's response would be "You're Stressed" and NO we don't want to hear that crap..

One huge part of all this is the fact that even when I know something like that, some crucial idea that ought to help me deal with it all, I go blank and forget it.   I know it., but have no "access" to it, within my own head.   It's like not being able to access a computer file because you don't have the password.  It's in there, but it may as well not be.
Now that sounds like Menopause - Real helpful huh :girl_crazy

this week i was feeling quite a bit better, only thing though is i really havent been sleeping.  been up till 5-6 am most nights. :(

Oh bugger. Are you getting any sleep during the day ? What's keeping you up, pain or just not tired. Either way it sucks.

i get to sleep when my body says "thats enough"

i'm completely exhausted but just cant fall asleep.  at first it's just not being able to sleep, then you wonder.. why can't i sleep, then thoughts race, then you definately can't sleep.

I Will Be Diagnosed !


I know we all hate being told this (myself included) but STRESS is playing a huge part (pain too) so we really need to try various methods to  get a good nights sleep. From a nice relaxing bath, no stimulants after 6pm etc. What ever you find useful, just keep trying different ways to improve sleep  Smile
