Tired..

I've been reading up on this and I feel like this could fit with some of you.  If you all have not done so, ask to get your B12 levels checked at your next visit.

*especially you New, i highly recommend you get these checked

I Will Be Diagnosed !

Yep very true, I had lots of tests early on, and it all does come down to what Doctor/specialist tests you and their feelings on the matter.
For instance I was tested way back for my Vitamin D levels, all normal, yet one the Musculoskeletal specialist took them again she decided although the levels came back normal, she advised to take a supplement as Vitamin D can be more beneficial at higher levels..

Sorry babbling  :crazy2

B-12 is great!!!!! Thumbs

I take it daily, and really gives me a bunch of energy!!

I order mine thru Swanson Vitamins.....cheap, cheap, cheap!!!!

I also read you "have" to take 1000 mg. to get any real benefit...but no more!!!

Too much of a good thing is NOT a good thing!!!!

When all else fails, play dead!

I've had it checked, the only vitamin I'm deficient in is Vitamin E. This is a vitamin that when you take it to excess, it can damage your body, but people who are deficient don't have the overdosing problem.

Vitamin E is connected to skin problems, and rarely the lack of it is connected to heart problems.
