Tired..

I feel like my heart is beating much harder than it should.  i had a weird episode a couple weeks ago where it just felt really.. wrong.  i dunno how to describe it.

but none the less at my appt on monday when they took my vitals my pressure was at 178.  they were soo shocked they took it again and it was down to 148.  i'd never seen it so high, usually its 130 or so.

also i was shocked to see i'd gained like 10 lbs in less than 2 weeks.  might be cause of the holidays.. but seriously.. 10 lbs? are you kidding me?

I Will Be Diagnosed !

That is really weird Jas, what did the Doctors say in the end after re-checking your vitals?
The weight gain, just a quick thought...your are taking anti-depressants aren't you ? I know many brands can make you pack on the weight, and rather fast too.

Got up nearly to 200 for me for awhile.   It was up again for a week before yesterday when I finally got pills again.  Part of me was worse, but part of me felt like it was being given a break.   Sorry, I'm no help am I?

Something I thought I'd share just incase it helps someone...

My mum recently stopped smoking and now using a ventolin spray, her blood pressure has been sky high, and some does extremely low. Forgot this is a steriod and can cause high blood pressure..
