I Will Be Diagnosed !

Info I thought might help Jason  :)

1. Eat smaller, more frequent meals instead of three large meals.
2. Avoid high fat meals.

Foods that Produce Gas
Certain foods are inherently gas-producing. Gas-producing foods include:
beans
cabbage
onions
brussels sprouts
cauliflower
broccoli
wheat products such as bread
apples
peaches
pears
prunes
corn
oats
potatoes
milk
ice cream
soft cheese.

Foods that produce minimal gas include:
rice
bananas
citrus
grapes
hard cheese
meat
eggs
peanut butter
non-carbonated beverages
yogurt made with live bacteria.

I hope you've managed to get some sleep and feeling a little better  Huge Hug

Thanks!  The slight research I managed revealed that the food that relieves constipation gives you gas and vice versa, when I'm trying to solve both at the same time.   Bananas and yogurt are in, I don't know what else.   All roughage/fiber makes gas it seems.

Biopsy done, will find out Monday or Tuesday maybe.   A bit of my stomach may be bobbing up and down out through the hole the esophagus goes through in order the connect with the stomach.

Tired..

hey man are you feeling any better yet?

Sammy is right, you want to eat smaller but frequent meals.

i know you have trouble with chemical sensitivities, so you might have trouble with processed foods, i know it might be out of your way but you should consider trying organic foods for a while, that might help a lot.

of course you might have a specific food intolerance, whicih is causing all the gas.  i hope your doctors consider that.  lactose, fructose, and glucose are common intolerance's.

yogurt is a very very good idea!

hang in there man, i hope you're doing better
