Well, MoS took liberties with history, I guess. It's good not to know the prevailing opinion on films etc., so as not to be influenced. The film looked great, to start with. As for Hepburn, I think there must be a sort of special personality that can create great things, and at the same time create a lot of frustration for those working with that person. It may be impossible to separate one from the other.
IMDb said that she tried to play both Elizabeth I and Mary, when there was trouble with finding the right actress for Elizabeth. This led to her being called "Katherine of Arrogance" by Frederick March the co-star, apparently... I tend to think that big, ungainly egos have their place. They accomplish creative feats that most cannot, and at the same time may very well have personality problems. It's par for the course I think.

MOVEISS! I'm a huge movie watcher (my escape from reality  ) Heres a list of some you should watch: -The Curious Case of Benjamin Button starring Brad Pitt (a must see!!) -PS I love you -The Talented Mr. Ripley -7 pounds -Taken -Get Smart I know some people hate this movie..but I personally LOVED it haha ..TWILIGHT gah the main actor is oh so gorgeous!
