General Surgeon
What a lovely man
It takes some time relaying my medical history to
new doctors, but he was patient, I was never rushed.
Medical History
I had my library of test results, x-ray, ct scan,
infrared etc etc. He took the time to go through each one, and
noticed something on my ct scan.
I have no idea what I'm looking at on a ct scan,
but he said I had sludge around my gall bladder, ponting to the areas on the ct scan, perhaps that is causing the
pain. Gallbladder problems don't always result in pain on the right side he said, some people, not that
many, can have the pain on the opposite side.
Gallbladder Operation
So I was booked in to have my gall bladder checked
out. What a relief that was, yes I may sound mad, but
I'm so happy I'm having another operation.
The General Surgeon asked several times, why didn't
the gynecologist look into why I had adhesions to begin with. Usually they
only form after someone has had surgery.
I honestly didn't know why he didn't look into this
further. I'm not the doctor...............
Surgery
So the adhesions were also on the surgeons mind...
I was pushed up the list, gallbladder surgery booked in a
weeks time. Surgery costs a fortune, (I'm not in a private fund either ) but again family chipped
in and all was set to go. How exciting this was, I was so positive, this was it. IM GOING
TO BE FIXED!. I was jumping for joy, I was happy, no anger, no
frustration, just pure excitement. How odd for someone about to be cut open.
